  • JULIE FAN

    Co-President

    Senior majoring in Media, Culture, and Communication, with double minors in Business Studies and Web Programming. This year, she is serving as one of the Co-Presidents of CommClub and is excited to finish her time at NYU with CommClub and all the amazing plans the team has planned! Originally from São Paulo, Brazil, some of Julie's favorite activities include pilates, barre, puzzle-making, cooking, and traveling. Her internship experiences include roles in the tech industry, such as a Product Marketing Intern at DoubleVerify and a Tech Business Developer Intern at Amazon Web Services. Julie loves to connect with people, so feel free to reach out to her!

  • ELAINE HO

    Co-President

    Junior in Media, Culture, and Communication with a minor in Business of Entertainment, Media, and Technology. Originally from Houston, Texas, Elaine is interested in opportunities in marketing, multi-platform content strategy, and brand management within the entertainment, media, and tech industries. Previously, she has interned at Hearst Magazines and the LGBTQ+ Center at the NYU Office of Global Inclusion as a Marketing Intern. Outside classes, Elaine enjoys cafe hopping, tea tasting, practicing calligraphy, and traveling (Fun Fact: She’s currently studying abroad in London for the Fall 2024 semester!).   • JULIE TRAN

    Vice President of Communications

    Junior in MCC, minoring in BEMT, from Saigon, Vietnam. She is especially interested in advertising, graphic design, and social media management. This past summer, she interned at Ogilvy in Vietnam, where she further nurtured her love for media and got a taste of what the creative agency environment is like. She is also one of the graphic designers at NYU Athletics and manages several clubs' social media. Outside of work, she loves people watching, doomscrolling Letterboxd after a movie, and discovering new cafes or shows to hyperfixate on. She is always down to talk about any of the above or just have a good time, so feel free to reach out!

  • LEORA KAYIHURA

    Vice President of Editorial

    Junior majoring in Media, Culture and Communications. Originally from Columbus, Ohio, Leora is interested by the intersection of public relations and entertainment. Over the past year, she has had internship opportunities at SEEN Beauty as a PR Intern, working with brands like Makeup Forever and Byredo, and most recently as a Brand Intern at The Lede Company, collaborating with brands such as Diptyque, Orebella, and Aritzia. Leora loves to overuse her AMC A-List pass, play NYTimes games, and share her opinions on any Bravo reality TV show, so feel free to reach out with any questions!

  • WILL HOPKINS

    Vice President of Editorial

    Will Hopkins is a senior studying Media, Culture, and Communications. Will is from outside of Philadelphia and is very interested in the media industry. He has loved getting to know the in's and out's of the business as he continues his studies both in the classroom and real world through various internships. He has had multiple internships in PR and is currently interning for Universal Pictures in their global publicity department. Will is active in other parts of the NYU community as he is also the captain on the men's diving team. His favorite color is blue, number is 16, movie is "The Parent Trap", and is an avid peanut butter fan!

  • KRYSTAL WU

    Vice President of Editorial

    Junior majoring in Data Science and minoring in Creative Writing. With passions for both creativity and problem-solving, Krystal is interested in marketing and data analytics within the media, entertainment, and tech industries. She has previously interned at Nickelodeon, RippleMatch, and Celsius. In her free time, she enjoys writing and reading poetry and short stories, listening to alt rock and jazz, and exploring bakeries and cafes. Her hometown is Ellicott City, MD.   • TRISHA LUTHRIA

    Vice President of Events and Production

    Junior majoring in MCC with a minor in BEMT. As an international student from Mumbai, India, Trisha is interested in marketing and brand strategy within the entertainment industry, spanning TV, music, and print media like magazines. Over the past summer, she worked as a Branding Strategy & Business Analytics extern and as a Marketing and Distribution Intern at First.Wav Media. On campus, she is an Events Assistant at the Wasserman Center and is part of the South Asian sorority, Delta Kappa Delta. Outside class, Trisha loves trying new cafes, taking long walks in parks, attending concerts, and reading. Her current favorite book is “Everything I Know about Love” by Dolly Alderton!

  • NAVEED SHAKOOR

    Vice President of Events and Production

    Junior from the Bay Area, majoring in Media, Culture, and Communication, with a minor in Business of Entertainment, Media, and Technology. Naveed has previously interned for OUTFRONT Media as a communications and social media intern and ContentMode as a web layout designer. He is also a Listening Lab Leader for NYU’s Listening Labs. Naveed’s passions encompass all things media, whether that be reading books (he’s an avid GoodReads user), painting/drawing, occasionally writing, tuning into the latest music releases, or discussing pop culture trends at length.   • ELLA LONDOÑO

    Vice President of Events and Production

    Junior in Media, Culture, and Communication with a minor in Business of Entertainment, Media, and Technology. Originally from Miami, Florida, Ella is excited about the live entertainment industry and all things music. Recently, she completed Carnegie Hall’s The B-Side program and spent the summer ushering at SummerStage and interning for Severance Records’ digital marketing team. At NYU, she loves to organize creative and engaging events for students through Comm Club, Program Board, and as a Peer Mentor. In her free time, Ella enjoys listening to podcasts, going to concerts, and exploring new places to people watch in the city.

  • LENA MOON

    Vice President of Community Affairs

    Junior majoring in Media, Culture, and Communication with a minor in Business Studies. Originally from South Korea, Lena is passionate about creative marketing and strategic branding within the retail and entertainment industries. She recently interned at Letims, a luxury furniture boutique, where she gained experience in product marketing and project management. Outside of academics and internships, she loves trying out cool spots in the city, traveling, and having good times with people. Lena is also an avid reader and enjoys exploring diverse cuisines.   • ANGELA CHANG

    Vice President of Design

    Senior in MCC with a minor in Web Programming. Born in South Korea and raised in Toronto, Angela is interested in marketing, strategy, and design within the entertainment and tech industries. She has previously interned at NBCUniversal, Warner Bros. Discovery, and Newhouse in Programmatic, Communications, and PR-related roles. In her free time, Angela enjoys going to concerts and walking by the pier. She is also a huge fan of Pixar and Studio Ghibli films. Feel free to reach out to her with any questions!
